RJ45 8P8C Cat5e UTP Gold Plated Modular Plug

 

 

PRODUCT FACT

The 8P8C (8 position 8 contact, also backronymed as 8 position 8 conductor; often called RJ45 ) plug is the male type of modular connector commonly used for Ethernet over twisted-pair applications, where the plug on each end terminated using the T568A or T568B pin/pair assignments that are defined in ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 standard.

 

These connectors are commonly used in computer networking and other telephone applications involving unshielded twisted-pair (UTP), shielded twisted-pair (STP), and multiconductor flat cable. Most network communications today are carried over Category 5e, Category 6 or Category 6A cable with an 8P8C modular plug crimped on each end.

 

 

 

§ SPECIFICATION

-Meet the ANSI/TIA-568-C.2, ISO/IEC 2ndedition and CENELEC EN 50173-1 cabling requirements of IEC 60603-7 for RJ45 8-way connector.
